My office is located at the Metta Center at 2071 Antioch Ct, Suite 204, Oakland (Montclair) Ca 94611. It is across from Peet's coffee and above Mountain Yoga.
Psychotherapy and Yoga Therapy clients are seen only at the office. Private Yoga lessons can be arranged at your home or office for an additional fee of $10 if in the Oakland/Berkeley/Albany/Kensington area. I also enjoy doing yoga classes for special groups (families, work groups, birthday parties...). Please contact me to discuss the possibilities.
Sliding scale of $90-$120 for individual yoga, yoga therapy, or psychotherapy sessions. I do not currently accept any insurance but will provide a statement to submit to insurance carriers.
