Come join us on this special morning at the Niroga Center to bring in this day with mindfulness and community. We will explore the theme of Thanksgiving through asana (postures), pranayma (breathing exercises), meditation, readings, and relaxation. All levels of
experience welcome. Please come join us! Proceeds got to support Niroga's programs in the community. Registration will be up soon at www.niroga.org. Likely to sell out, so please come early or register on-line.

Through the practice of gentle and restorative yoga, your body and mind will have the opportunity to let go and make space for gratitude in your life as we move into the season of Thanksgiving. Workshop is open to all levels and will include meditation, pranayama (breathing practices), gentle yoga and time for contemplation and journaling.
You will leave relaxed, renewed, inspired, and reconnected to your heart.
If you have any of the following things and would like to bring them, it is encouraged: A journal, anything that helps you to relax and be comfortable (personal eye pillow, favorite blanket…), a picture or other representation of someone or something you are grateful for.
