Private yoga instruction is great for a variety of reasons and for many different kinds of people and goals. Sometimes beginners appreciate the special attention of a private lesson because a group class may seem too fast or too difficult. A private lesson allows the student to progress at their own pace with lots of support and guidance to assist them. Private classes are also great for students who need extra attention with healing from injuries, focusing on specific alignment principles, or who seek guidance in establishing a home practice. Antonia is trained in therapeutic adjustments which help people find their innate ability to heal from injuries.
